In todays world the police don't have to get blood from a suspect for a DNA sample. They can swab the inside of his mouth and collect hair samples. Therefore there is less chance using blood from the suspect to plant blood evidence at the crime scene as what happened in 'The Glove' by Lem Yedowicz and what some suspected in the OJ Simpson case.

OTTAWA, April 22,2003 (PRIMEZONE) - A harrowing tale of double murder, planted evidence and alleged racism. The Glove (now available through Authorhouse, other online bookstores worldwide or at www.yedowicz.com ) offers a compelling fictional storyline, comparable to the details of the O.J. Simpson murder case, remarks author Lem Yedowicz.

The story unfolds as Jack Davidson relates the story to fellow airplane traveler Jim Wagoner, a writer returning from Africa and on me lookout for a story. The tale begins when the main character, Kevin MacPartiin, an inexperienced private detective, is given a difficult, new assignment from his boss, Allen Ross. The two investigators have been hired to work for criminal lawyer Juan Ruiz to help prove the innocence of a convicted double murderer. John Jones was convicted of murdering his wife and male friend and has served five years for the crime. Ruiz plans to prove Jones" innocence and has coordinated an appeal and retrial. Jones' previous conviction was based heavily on a dropped glove found at the Jones' residence. The glove was allegedly planted by a racist cop in order to implicate Jones, a black man, in the crime. Though MacPartfin finds fault with both Jones and the dirty cop, he discovers a startling new way of looking at the evidence and his breakthrough turns the case upside down.

A gripping work of fiction. The Glove offers readers a thrilling storyline that will hold their rapt attention until me very last page.
